Help me!

Hey everyone. My dad just said he wants to start legal proceedings against the person who raped me. Is this a good idea or a bad idea? Im so scared. How will this affect me? What if I lose? Please send in some feed back I really need help with this!!!

You are now in the Three Legged Downward Facing Dog Pose.Slowly kick the raised leg backwards, and lift your other leg off the floor as well. Now your entire body weight is on your palms, forearms, and elbows.Once you’ve found your balance, bring your legs together straight up towards the ceiling. Tucking your tailbone and ribs in will help you stay balanced.To come into scorpion from this position, slowly bend your knees as you shift your chest forward slightly. This part takes a lot of practice, so if you lose your balance, just try again.Arch your back and try to bring your feet as close to your head as possible. Concentrate on stabilizing your core muscles in order to maintain your balance.Keep your head facing forward with eyes focused on an imaginary point on the floor in front of your arms.Hold this posture for a couple of breaths.Exhale and slowly come back to the starting position.Today I’m grateful for flexibility.
